Rob was great he had this was my first time and he was great explaining any emails I didn't understand...The experience was great but this is the last home for me.
Did exactly as they said they would do. Efficient process and 90% was electronic which made it much easier process.

There was VERY MINIMAL communication! We didn’t even know file wasn’t going to close until 18 hours before closing - after ALL our stuff was on moving trucks. Title Co, listing & buyer agents sent emails w/NO RESPONSE. No phone calls.Nothing. We only found out it wasn’t going to close by reaching out to someone else @ gold financial. Lack of empathy from Rob - no phone call. Just a “sorry” text. After an email to the COO we were able to close a few days late ( not weeks as originally told).
