By keeping the promises given, not using excuses when things don't go right, informing us about important updates (like the delays in closing) without being asked, better communication like picking up calls when needed, and attending the scheduled meetings.

The whole process was rough from the beginning. I don't know if it was the realtor, the lender or the title company, or maybe a combo of all of them. After we signed the initial documents to start the appraisal process communication just ended. We were left in limbo on when the closing date was or what else we needed. Then the last week we had to rush to get all sorts of documents ready in order to close. This was my first time buying a house so maybe that's all normal but it was stressful.

Reply to emails more timely. Respond to texts. I missed a significantly lower interest rate because it took 4 days for you to respond to my email in March. There was an error with the home owners insurance despite my 3 week notice of the change. I texted 3 times before I got an answer about where the title company was located. I asked about adjusting the loan amount/down payment and never got clarification. I was very disappointed and I will not recommend your services to anyone.

There was VERY MINIMAL communication! We didn’t even know file wasn’t going to close until 18 hours before closing - after ALL our stuff was on moving trucks. Title Co, listing & buyer agents sent emails w/NO RESPONSE. No phone calls.Nothing. We only found out it wasn’t going to close by reaching out to someone else @ gold financial. Lack of empathy from Rob - no phone call. Just a “sorry” text. After an email to the COO we were able to close a few days late ( not weeks as originally told).

Communication. 3 missed closing dates, despite numerous warning from us that things were not done & we might not close on time. Listen to what the customer tells you about loan and escrow, rather than just doing what you want to do. Disclosing closing costs required prior to 1 day before closing. Not adding last minute conditions 2 days prior to closing which had never been discussed. Have all staff on the same page as the loan passes thru it's various departments.
