Communication with Rob’s team was not great. Closing got pushed, which would be fine if everything was on track. I feel that the push was due to lack of attentiveness and not requesting documents in a timely manner. Ex: Rob said proof of funds would be 2 weeks prior to closing. Wasn’t asked until 5 days before closing. Additionally, the new date for closing wasn’t communicated to me. My realtor called the day before original closing to find out it was going to be pushed to the following week.

I felt Rachel was a bit unreachable and not on top of her game. I also thought you were going to be at closing and I didn’t feel very special.

If you had listened to what I needed and helped me obtain that. If you hadn't been all about getting your deal finalized. If you had been there for me AFTER I had signed on the dotted line. I am stuck with a property that I didn't want but you told me was all I could afford. And I am stuck with something that should have never passed inspection, but you and the realtor and inspection company were all in bed together just to make that dollar - not caring about what was in my best interest.
