His availability, morning or night, to answer or re-answer my questions made the entire process smooth and reduced my first home-buying stress.
Very helpful for two people who didn't know crap about what they were getting into. Not only did he drive almost two hours to make sure we knew what was going on, but he also made sure our questions were answered! Not to many businesses would drive to you for a short 30 minute meeting when the commute was twice as long. Very thankful for Rob and Rachel!
