Rob's team was very helpful from the time of the pre-approval process until the closing of the home purchase. They worked closely with our realtor and with the insurance agency to make sure that by closing time everything was in order.
We're not new to applying for a mortgage but we felt our preferences were taken into consideration, questions were answered and all gone professionally and quickly.
Rob and his team were amazing to work with. We had to "punt" in the middle of our first home and were under contract on second home in two days. This did not slow anything down with VIP we closed two days prior than we thought. I reccommmend his knowledgeable, courteous, and expedient staff to anyone in need.

Rob and his team were able to help us secure a loan after our original lender told us that in order to qualify we would need to put down at least 20%, plus significant reserves. They processed us quickly, got us approved and in to our new house in under a month.
Rob and I started out miss understood as I was looking at manufactured homes and he thought I was going to purchase a stick built. After this was straightened out Rob was able to outsource my manufactured home loan instead of just sending me on my way. He remained connected to the loan to help us get through the process. The outsourced company was very difficult to work with so I was VERY happy to have Rob on our side. It took a little extra time, but we are finally in our new home.Thank you Rob and your team!
