We had some challenges relocating from Savannah, GA. The house we bought in Vail, AZ could not close for over a month. Rob and his team gather the docs, kept us informed and when closing time came, he was ready with everything we needed. In fact, we recorded and closed (which is completely different from GA) within hours on the same day. Thanks Rob!!!
Very thorough. Went to bat for us when crunch time came :) loved being able to do everything via text or email. No faxing needed. Just the initial visit, one contract signing and signing at title were all the actual office visits needed.
Rob took a complicated situation for me and turned it into a simple one. I can't say enough how much he saved what I was fighting for. Rob was always there to answer questions and got back to me when I wasn't able to reach him. I know him and his team worked hard to the very last possible moment they could with my loan.
Rob has a great team dedicated to making sure they can get u the loan thats right for u. His team always keep me informed either by phone or email. If ur not sure how to fill out something his team will help u with that to. His team also keep my realtor informed as well. Loved Robs team they were great! I will refer them to anyone looking to buy a house!
We hit a few snags along the way during my loan process, but Rob was always there to represent my interests and cut through the hassles we faced over a home appraisal issue.
