Good results for interest and monthly payment . Dillon kept changing what was needed for my information-twice, I printed documents for him and then was told he didn’t need it,so I destroyed them—later he needed them and more. Didn’t know how to direct me to upload and email them to him so I had to go to Staples and have them emailed to him at extra cost and time. He would say we had everything and days later need something more. I am not good with the computer so it takes me about 3times longer and was very time consuming... read more

Too many things dropped through the cracks. I think Rob needs to be more hands on instead if delegating so much.

Rob did an excellent job. He was helpful and answered questions clearly. He was easy to reach and responded to our inquiries in a timely manner. My main disappointment was not with Rob but with the loan closing fees of 2%. I felt that was exorbitant. That is what makes it difficult to say I would recommend your company to others.
