Mr. Purvis was instrumental in me obtaining a refinance of my home. He definitely knows his job and he does It well. At the time I was going through a difficult period and trying to coordinate the payoff of other outside loans. We recently completed a refinance and it was handled in the most efficient manner possible. We have never had a refinance or purchase process go so smoothly.
