When considering a lender, Rob Purvis and his team was very professional.They would always keep you up to date as to what was going on and what documents were needed for your loan. here was no question who I was going to use.
I was able to quickly (~3 weeks) refinance my mortgage with Rob and his team. They were all very responsive and genuinely invested in helping me close my loan fast. I would defintively work with Rob again in the future.

As first time home buyers, Rob did an excellent job helping us understand the process. We purchased our home using a VA Loan, and he was very knowledgable about the differences between this type of loan and others. Rob and his team did everything they could to make our home buying experience go as smoothly as possible.
