1.5 weeks before closing my original lender informed me that they could not proceed with the loan. I contacted Rob and he was on it immediately. Rob had me in underwriting and approved with a few days and everything went extremely smooth.

Rob was clutch. He made a complicated situation run super smooth. He's always available, he's really honest and transparent, and the guy knows his stuff. He has a ton of experience with all areas of real estate that make him indispensable. We had a hidden lien during the title process holding up the closing and I just mentioned it to him to explain why the closing kept getting delayed and he was able to get that ironed out when no one else could. So glad my agent referred him to me. He's my go to guy from now on.

After another lender initially approved our loan and then gave us a song and dance about having to lend us $25,000 more in order to avoid PMI (what??) our RE agent suggested talking to Rob about getting approved. Within two hours we had applied for a loan and within a few days we were approved for the original amount we had wanted.
