Rob made this very extremely difficult process a very smooth one. In my case this was not the easiest process but Rob and his team helped every step of the way. When I thought the impossible happened Rob made it happen. I couldn't be happier with who I chose to help me with this process.
After another lender initially approved our loan and then gave us a song and dance about having to lend us $25,000 more in order to avoid PMI (what??) our RE agent suggested talking to Rob about getting approved. Within two hours we had applied for a loan and within a few days we were approved for the original amount we had wanted. Could'nt have asked for a better lender! Rob was professional but at the same time warm and personable. Walked us through the process as to what to expect and kept us in the loop. He did a great job at expediting our loan when we requested an early loan with a great interest rate!
