The entire transaction was a Trainwreck. All of the disclosure documents had errors, and when I pointed them out Roberts response was "these are just estimates, don't worry, just sign it." I felt uncomfortable and somewhat pressured. The numbers kept changing throughout the process and Robert did not give me clear explanations as to why. I did not have a final amount to bring to closing until 1.5 hours before closing time, and the documents sent to the title company had errors. Terrible.

Loan was quick and easy. Robert was knowledgeable and offered us the best rate for the lowest fee around.

Everything was good until the last week before closing. All documents requested from us were sent ASAP but for some reason getting the loan to the actual closing point took forever. The documents needed weren‚Äôt sent to Title company until 4 hours before our closing date- also did not have final number needed to bring to closing until an hour before closing.

Robert was very responsive with questions the only thing I would add is when It came to closing, the title company did not receive the closing paperwork until the day of closing and I was not provided a amount for my down payment until 45 minutes until closing.
