You quoted me a rate and then you changed it. If you hadn't done that I would have given you the highest mark in every category. Service was great, but I ultimately chose you based on the quoted rate.

Very little communication. Closed a week later than we had been told. Took close to 2 months to refinance. Would not recommend using this company for mortgage needs.

When I drafted my offer I called to see how much my buyer could have in closing cost credits, so I knew how to negotiate. 30 minutes before closing my buyer was told they weren't allowed to use 700.00 of the closing cost credits. They had to go get 700.00 to close. I believe this is a lender mistake and they should reimburse the buyers that money. In addition, closing was changed there times that morning. Not a good experience at all.

Bob was fantastic. However, the undewriters asked for all sorts of superfluous information for what should have been a very easy refinance on a tiny loan to people with great credit scores. I was constantly on the phone tracking down more and more information. It was ridiculous. In comparison, my experience with eClick lending a few months earlier was quick and smooth.
