Getting the loan closed on time. Was told the refinance would cost me nothing still had to bring money to closing. Was charged 2 late payments because Robert told me not to worry about making the payment for that month then had to make the payments really late. Overall I can say that Robert and GSF are NOT worth the run around.

Closing Did not take place on time and had a domino effect of other issues. He made a major mistake & than left for vacation prior to everything being fixed, causing more issues.

Nothing about this loan was smooth and I constantly got excuses. From processors, closers, underwriters etc. The loan took 8 months although I or my accountant were constantly supplying my info within a few days. The worst loan experience I ha e ever had. My issues went up the ladder but it was to late to improve the situation.

Our closing was pushed back multiple times. We had to resubmit the same paperwork to both Robert and Teresa multiple times so I'm not confident our personal information was protected. We were told we were getting a closing cost credit from gomortgage for our inconvenience which we never received and when we asked Robert about it we were ignored. Then to top it off our home owners insurance was included in our closing costs and our insurance company was never paid so who knows where our money w

It took more than an extra month to close, i understand he was sick but someone else should have taken over, i got no responses about any thing for over two weeks, not to mention its an fha loan and i need to close to get started on exterior renovations, now its going to b extremly difficult doing so in wisconsin winter

Took over 4 months to close. Very little communication. Gave you multiple payoffs for debt that were not paid off. Bob would not answer or return my phone calls, emails, or voice-mail. You charged me a $500 extension fee because YOU took so long.

Many mistakes and it happened several times on disclosures, promised lender credit didn‚Äôt given on final closing. Poor response and follow-up. Never returned the calls or reply to email as agreed. Overall the closing took more than 100 days and 1000 usd additional closing costs from my pocket.
