Was able to close at the terms discussed during our initial conversation. Was able to complete all paperwork on a very short time frame, me and my wife were both leaving the area so closing on time was important. I'm old school but with Rob's help we were able to complete all paperwork, except for the final signing, online. We hit a snag when it was discovered that there were several liens on our house, Rob and his team got them cleared up so we could still close on time. It was an easy low stress process.

While shopping for a lender, I contacted three lenders. Two of the three lenders were military related organizations I have used for over 30 years for banking and insurance. The third, NBKC, was available to Costco members, which I am. I was not familiar with NBKC and was my third choice only because I always get three quotes when making a major purchase. We found Rob through Costco's program. He called us the day we inquired(on a Sunday!)...we had reached out to 4 banks, the others didn't respond until the next day, at that point We had already decided Rob was our guy. We had so many questions and work pretty crazy hours...Rob was so patient with us and took our calls when we needed him. This whole process went so smoothly, much easier than I ever thought it could be!

We refinanced not one but two properties with Robert. In addition to dropping our payments dramatically (one went down over $500 a month) the whole process was just so easy. Doing the two properties almost one after the other we were able to minimize paperwork and hassle. I would definitely work with Robert again!

From start to finish this was the easiest refi ever. Rob was in constant communication. We received a great rate and paid minimal fees. Overall, it was the easiest and fastest refi ever!
