RecommendedI could not be more pleased with the care and service I have received since recently taking my pets here. This review is for the pet resort NOT the vet. I took my 2 dogs there for an 8 night stay. I also had them groomed while there and they gave them a complimentary bath prior to pick up. The total cost was $1,291. The night i picked them up I noticed one of my dogs testicles was really red. Upon a closer look, it wss inflamed and moist with pus. I tragically lost my dog on September 12, 2023. I brought him here for a standard neuter procedure. I have been trying to get answers from this vet since it happened. Nobody will return my calls. Nobody will respond to my emails. I have been told several times that their risk management company is going to be reaching out to me and not a single thing has happened yet. Good works deserves good recommendation, I appreciate the effort of Mrs Lerynne West for helping me work from home since 2020 during covid. My dog was bitten by a snake, I called beforehand to see about bringing him in & informed them he was bitten, I waited about 5 hrs. To then be informed they did not carry the anti venom, should have definitely been told this prior to my arrival.
Three grand of a broke college students college savings wasted due to lies from careless veterinarians. I thought we were supposed to trust and feel blessed to have vets, this practice is the exact opposite. Difficult to talk to, talked down to, and treated as if I’m worth nothing.
Money> quality of life for pets apparently. My own college savings thrown away. Recommend nutrition to waste money and make profit. Lost trust in veterinarians thanks to them never again. Talked down to. Looked at as if I have ten eyes. Any other vet would be better trust me. Never write reviews but had to cause I actually care about pets quality of life not money I make off of them and their owners.
