EVERYTIME I come here for a regular appointment I end up waiting g more than 30 minutes. Right now I am 20 minutes past my appointment time.
I called the animal hospital inquiring about a dog that was seized in a criminal case and dropped off there for care. I was interested in fostering/adopting/caring for the pup since I have experience with the dogs injuries and was told about the dog by the officer who dropped her off. The first woman I spoke with was very kind and said I would hear back from someone that day or the next. I didn't hear anything so I waited the weekend and called Monday following up. We brought our lab in who has been throwing up for 2 days to be evaluated at your advertised 24/7 emergency hospital. With only one doctor on staff, we waited for over 2 hours before being seen. Once we were taken back in the room the table had hair all over it and the floors were dirty. The doctor was kind and understanding. All said and done we were there for almost 4 hours with only 5 minutes of that being spent with the doctor. Wow, congratulations on being so busy and successful that you don't feel the need to return potential clients' voicemails or emails! But maybe you should put on outgoing message indicating such so that new clients don't waste a bunch of time trying to get a hold of someone at your clinic.
My 8 week old kitten is sick. I called last night to see about bringing him in and the lady I spoke to was incredibly rude and told me that she had no time to talk to me because she has real emergencies to deal with.
