We pay for the best that they offer. We don’t even get 10 mbps when downloading anything. We called two days ago. We were told a ticket was sent in and that we would get a call in at least 24 hours. My husband called before they closed, at 21 hours and said we never received a call. He was told to give them a couple hours and they will call. They could make it to where my Wi-Fi quits cutting in and out that would be great!

They really need to get lte in the Hobbs area. Can’t get service in Nadine because neighbors trees block line of sight to the tower. Not their fault but the installer didn’t even try to come up with anything. I even asked him how high we need to go to get line of sight. If they ever invest in Hobbs and put in LTE I will try them again

was told if I didn't like in first 30 days would get my money back now they saying I'm braking a contract and have to pay 200 dollars to turn it off and wifi is slow

by far the worst internet I've ever had and I live right down the road from one of the towers!!! and because of the stupid contract I'm stuck with it for another year. long story short I will be going elsewhere for my internet after this year!

I have had some issues with service, but for now it is working alright. It is still not up to speeds I am paying for, but is at least usable.

I've had no problem (so far) from the actual service. I don't like the fact that I was told my bill would stay same price for first 2 years (per signing 2 yr contract) and then an "enhancement fee" of $15 is being charged. I'm not fond of surprises and I'm definitely not happy about this one! That's why I had initially explained during consultation that I'm on a "disability" fixed income and can't afford any "unexpected " charges.
