ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE RESOUND NETWORKS!!!!!!!!! I’m so disappointed in there staff!!!!! Very rude people who don’t return phone calls then they TAKE OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT UNAUTHORIZED!! Will not be recommending them to anyone!!

We have been calling in the last 2 months to get our service fixed. They keep telling us they are fixing the towers on their side. They don’t have a problem taking out money every month out of our account but can’t fix the problem.

it works great!!! When It works. I always have spotty internet from 7:30 to 9pm every day, weekends are hit or miss. I have to "reset" the router and power box at least once a week to get my service to work. You call in and all they say is to "reset", and if that dont work then you dont have internet till some one decides to call. it can be an hour or 5 days!!!!. Quite frankly its shity!!! Time to get something that works

worked great when it was wave direct now resound owns it our internet always goes down it's been about 18 months since they told me that they needed to update our equipment to the new equipment but still haven't called a couple of times to ask about it they just tell me they're working so hard to get it done they're just "so busy" installing maybe they should tend to long time customers instead of pushing all there techs to new customers who they'll probably just screw anyways but that's just my 2 cents don't recommend to an... read more

Wish we get get our internet upload speed past .75 mbps we could barely get over 1 on the highest package download speed not bad at all upload could be a whole lot better not satisfied at all!

Where do I start? First off Bryan Waldrip is a good guy. He tries his best. BUT I have had nothing but issues since I got it. At first I had no wifi, then they fixed something and it got a little better. But at night I lose wifi. Call the customer service and guess what? They can't help. They never can. They will TELL you that somebody will call you, buuut nobody will. You get a break from work to call them during the day and guess what... They can't find anything wrong. When it works, it's great. But I'm paying for a month of service and getting an average of about 2 weeks. I know they said they didn't change anything from when they took over WaveDirect but WaveDirect NEVER had this kind of spotty service. And that $25 late fee when I'm a day late WAITING on the service to come back up? PISSES ME OFF. If I had any other alternatives out here, I'd change in a heartbeat.

The net goes out about every night. This is literally about the 15th or so time this has happened. Tonight they say there is an outage. Honestly not sure. If there is an outage in our area, then message your customers. The lady on the phone couldn’t tell me where the outage actually is. Anyway, this time I’m actually going to ask for them to prorate my bill. I hope they do, if not we will try to find another company.
