When it works, it's great. But I'm paying for a month of service and getting an average of about 2 weeks. I know they said they didn't change anything from when they took over WaveDirect but WaveDirect NEVER had this kind of spotty service. And that $25 late fee when I'm a day late WAITING on the service to come back up? PISSES ME OFF. If I had any other alternatives out here, I'd change in a heartbeat.
The net goes out about every night. This is literally about the 15th or so time this has happened. Tonight they say there is an outage. Honestly not sure. If there is an outage in our area, then message your customers. The lady on the phone couldn’t tell me where the outage actually is. Anyway, this time I’m actually going to ask for them to prorate my bill. I hope they do, if not we will try to find another company.
My internet has been crap lately. I do not like how when I call, I can’t talk to an actual person. I called this morning because my internet isn’t working and every option you could choose, you had to leave a voicemail. You can’t talk to anyone! Plus, I’ve been a Wave Direct customer for 3 years, then Resound took over...I’m still paying my $100+ bill, but all new Resound customers get a new rate that’s lower than $50. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!
I went to Resound for reliability. I’ve had it for over a month, and it’s not that reliable. Most of the time their tech service want respond to a message. And wants to blame it on your system at your house. Ronnie 575-441-3276 if you want to call!!!
Service is trash. Support is trash. Every day internet goes out and no one ever answers the phone.

One of the worst ISP's I have ever dealt with, they will always butter you up with apologies and promises but always end up never delivering, I am astounded how bad the customer service is, its like i'm talking to a brick wall.
Internet is constantly going down!!! I have service about 3 weeks a month but charged full month!!! why can't you keep your service up and running!
