Your Internet Service is garbage today. Trying to watch Super Bowl and your Service is extremely slow. Continuos buffering. We can’t even enjoy the game. This is not the service I am paying for.

I am out once a week or more and still get charged for a full month regardless! My speed is always super slow when I work all day and want to come home and watch some Hulu or Netflix and I'm buffering most of the time! Don't waste your money people

works at best 2 times a week and for the price that they charge is completely ridiculous. think the longest we ever had it work was a week.

Resound purchased a provider in Monahans called SR internet. SR was very fast and reliable for over a year, as soon as Resound took over there have been constant issues daily and the speed is extremely slow, they are NOT providing the service they advertise.

We’ve had resound for about a year now and since the beginning it’s been one thing or another! I complained like crazy in the past about the outrageous prices we were paying with other companies but right now I’d much rather be paying those prices and have a good, working internet provider over constantly having one issue after another with this provider we have now.

I been with resound for a while now , and the internet is just not good. I’m always lagging on my games, even our phones the internet is always running low and we are just not satisfied.

Very unreliable, frequently buffers. Either they can't fix the problem or they don't care since they lock you into a contract because I tell them every month how it doesn't work. For the price we pay we expect it to work.

We have been a customer since October. We continue to have our internet go out in the evening between 6-8pm. They have been out to see if anything is wrong. The tech said basically there are too many people on it at that time. They said they were upgrading equipment back in November. For our trouble they did say they would credit the 2 months. But, we still have the same problems. Like tonight, if we want to watch the College National Champ game, we have to go to a bar.
