I moved here in December 2019, and on average I’m calling twice a month because I have no WiFi. Now I was just informed no one will call me back until Monday and I’m working from home!!!!! I pay almost $80 a month to get no internet!!!
They cannot service the Monahans area!

I have had this over a year and have had nothing but problems. First I was told to go from 25 mbps to 50mbps (of course the price doubled) that didn't do much better. Then I was told that they were adding a new fiber cable to make speed better. Well that worked for about 2 weeks. I spoke to numerous support personal and kept getting told to hook up to ethernet so they could test it. I've called all week and left messages, call back numbers and have yet to hear from anyone. now when I call, it hangs up on me after selecting option 2 regarding no internet. I'm paying for something I can't use lately and this company is always having issues lately with bad customer service. I'm done.
The internet is spotty and goes down frequently, especially during evening hours. Customer service line too busy to take calls that it automatically hangs up on me.
They can’t answer the phone and the internet has been running terribly since I bought it
Tried to watch the Super Bowl tonight and the internet kept going out and totally quit during the half time show. We pay for the most expensive package and are not able to even watch the Super Bowl. It’s a disgrace. And when I tired to call the lines were busy and I was not able to get anybody on the phone.
