Great installation crew. Scheduling and permits need help and bad communication from saled.
They got job done, but outside of promised time frame, with no acknowledgement for the miss. I was pushing things to move faster (to be expected from a customer), and sales rep emailed someone internally that I am 'tired of hearing,' (read: that I am not capable of understanding what they have explained before). He inadvertently sent me that email (smart move).

I spoke to a rep over a week ago & she was going to email me some information by the following week. Still have not recieved it. Cant compare. In the mean time I have received 2 other quotes. Still interested in what they have to offer
They used third party contractor to dig a trench and repair access. The guy did a poor job and it took about two months to get that done right, despite prompt from me and Solar Optimum. Weather had a hand in it. But third party guy was 85% and the company 15% got hiring someone who takes no pride in his workmanship. .

I saw the company reviews on Yelp and decided to get a quote but the only thing that I received was an automatic reply with why it is an excellent company. I called three times and gave my info to the secretary and asked for Tom since his name was in the e-mail that I received. I even sent a e-mail with my SDGE bill to TOM, but he never got call back or sent an estimate.
