Solar Optimum actually encouraged us to get quotes from several solar companies before choosing one, so we did that. We ended up choosing Solar Optimum anyway because not only was their price fair, they were the ones with the best customer service too and were not trying to push us into buying anything. We are very happy with them, the solar panels work perfectly, and we highly recommend them to all our friend and neighbors who are thinking about getting solar.
Very professional!!!! Answered all the questions I has, didn't try to push me to buy anything extra, Gave me really good advice! Alex, my consultant was very knowledgable. He was very easy to reach when I had questions or concerns. He told me the installation would take no more than 3 days, but they actually finished it in less time. I told all my neighbors about them and happy to refer Solar Optimum.
When we bought our house we decided to get solar panels and we actually called a few different solar companies before meeting with Solar Optimum. We chose them because they answered all our questions and we felt very comfortable with them. They walked us trough the entire process and we ended up with a 5KW solar system for our house. I want to start by saying the the communication I experienced dealing with Solar Optimum was top notch. They did all the follow ups with us and the utility and kept us in every email along the way. It is refreshing to deal with a company with these characteristics. My system was up with hassles from the utility but they took care of any issue that came up. Thank you for your hard work.
Solar Optimum did a great job installing our solar system. The process was very smooth and the installation took only about a day. I have to say the look of the it all came out much better than I had expected. The new system is saving us a lot of money and I am so happy to have made this addition.
