New Furnace Install We needed a new furnace because our 12 year old one had a cracked heat exchange. Furnace repair It started with the phone call into the shop, great customer service and it trickled down to the Tech who came to my house for the repairs . Jeff was amazing great personality and he explained everything he was doing with a great sense of humor. I had been out of heat for a couple of days and after searching and reading reviews I narrowed to The Furnace Family. Highly recommend

Amazing service for multiple new installations I had 7 furnaces replaced in my rental properties and could not be happier. From Taryn in the office helping with financing, Dave the salesman figuring out the best units for my needs, and Matt/Ross for doing an amazing job with the installation. This team really inspires confidence in product quality and installation. I especially appreciated the installers, Matt and Ross, for their attention to detail and courteous/ honest work ethic.

Fantastic Sales and Service I contacted The Furnace Family on Easter Sunday and talked to a gentleman named Dave, who came the next day to provide a quote for a new furnace. He was very knowledgable in the business. Dave claimed the installers are professional and take a lot of pride in there work, he showed me pictures of previous installs identifying the quality of workmanship. New furnace We had our furnace replaced last week. What a great experience. Dave the estimator was very informative and made great recommendations. He told us how job was going to be done and the installers were superb. Did a clean job and explained everything. Air Conditioning We were very happy with Furnace Family !!! The price was great the service even better and the comfortable nights are worth every penny I am glad I finally installed AC. I put it off and now am sorry I did. The installers were great and really knew their job. I will recommend them to every one. Thanks Furnace Family !!

Treated like family Very satisfied with this company. Dave L. the sales manager was able to immediately diagnose a problem with our 20 yr. old furnace that another company could not. He showed us our options & let us decide on a mid-range energy efficient furnace. I was impressed that he didn't try to push us towards a more expensive furnace we did not want or need. New Furnace and AC We had our furnace replaced and a air conditioner added by Furnace Family can't say enough nice things about them. Our sales guy Dave led us through the decision process of what our home needed everyone else was just there to sell. Our experience for a boring purchase was great call them !!!!!!
