RecommendedWaking up at 8:30am on a Sunday morning to the temperature in my house being 10°, when it is -30° outside, and having my heat running again by 11 AM made today remarkable! Jerry was so quick to get to my house and diagnosed and replaced a faulty ignitor very efficiently, with a bill that I thought was incredibly reasonable considering the emergent need and weekend on-call rates. Highly recommended for excellent service! This was a lifesaver for me today!

RecommendedArrived home yesterday after work to find that our furnace decided to pack it in. Made one call to a very friendly lady at Furnace Family. Within a short time I received a call from the tech saying he was on his way. Jeff, a very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable serviceman, identified the problem right away and everything he needed for the job was right in his service vehicle. In no time at all we had a brand new motor in our furnace and the heat was wonderful!!! Thanks Jeff R for a very pleasant experience.
RecommendedExcellent service! I booked a regular furnace maintenance appointment and was able to get in within 2 days of calling. The technician was on time and very knowledgeable, providing many helpful suggestions for regular maintenance to avoid future issues, for our furnace, humidifier and air conditioner. We will definitely be using them again!

RecommendedProfessional, fast, and go above and beyond! My furnace failed on New Year’s Day and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Jerry was so helpful and explained what had to be done, and why. He also gave me tips to help keep my furnace running until I can get it replaced. When I do replace my furnace, Furnace Family is the only company I’ll consider!
