Our Conversion Chrysler Pacifica was delivered to our home this morning by Pam & Brian. Exceptional service from both. They clearly & fully explained the conversion vehicle operation and answered all of our questions. Paperwork portion of the visit was fast and seamless. We have had several experiences with all the major accessible van manufacturers and sometimes with custom modifications come some problems that take time to work through, while not ideal during this period working out bugs in Braun, VMI, and RollX conversions, the final product that RollX produces is a solid one unmatched with some important features that other van companies do not offer. ROLEX has a great product and we love our 2021 RAM Promaster 1500 conversion. My problem is if you live in the intermountain west or anywhere west of Denver do NOT expect the in-the-driveway repair service they advertise. If you live in the area described you will be on your own to get any repairs for your wheelchair lift. Buyer beware, find a wheelchair van that is made in the west and offers repair service you can trust.

I just traded in my 2018 Rollx for a 2029 Rollx that had less miles and more bells and whistles. I owe the complete trade in to Mr Sean Reeder. He actually brought me the 2020 in rain, slush and ice and transferred the required equipment in elements that took over 4 hours once Sean made it to my home..Sean exceeded all elements of this trade and in my opinion Rollx is a very lucky company to employ such a professional representative for their service and sales. Just great communication, my question always answered quickly. I bought van sight unseen, when delivered no surprises. I thank Matt and the plant employees of doing a great job. Wish it coulda been quicker, but Explorer was a bottle neck not delivering when promised.
Had a few minor issues with a used van that I purchased, but RollX followed up on addressing and resolving everything. A great organization with good people and excellent service from the President, to the Sales Team, to their Service Department. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a used adapted van.
We had a perfect experience with Rollx, particularly their care and service around pick-up/drop-off with a medically complex kiddo's schedule and our needs. We are so grateful to Matt and the entire team for not only giving us a beautiful van that works well for our kiddo, but doing it professionally and easily.
They're like family to me and have always been there for me, no matter what, and for decades now.
