PennyMac is very courteous. They show you that that wasn't your business. They refinanced my first home and mortgaged my forever home. They were willing to beat other mortgage companies' closing cost estimates. And I was also able to close a few days early. If I had questions or concerns they were very responsive whether it was email or phone. The PennyMac team is great!

The team was always very helpful, courteous, and professional. It was truly a joy I’m working with everybody, and reassuring in those times of doubt. This is the second time I’ve had a mortgage with them, I truly enjoy doing business with them.
The closing agent and all of the associated supervisors have various email threads of communications and issues here, but while the loan officer was fantastic and worked with me to get the exact rate/terms I was after... the loan process itself seemed almost like it was brand new (or more likely the back-end teams are simply closing too many loans at one time to spend enough time on each individual loan). In any case some major details were missed during my loan processing.
