Ordered a $35 pizza with Honor after going over crust choices and we made it clear (on speaker phone so everyone heard the conversation) we did not want thin or the next option of two thin crusts on top of each other and she said there was a thicker one with only one crust verses the two so we ordered the thicker one and at 18 inches - we get it home and the crust peeled apart showing that it is in fact the two crusts together we specifically says we didn't want. The one thing thIs place excels at is inconsistency and Mediocrity. I've been ordering carry out and delivery from this place for over a decade. Some days the pizza is awesome, other days it's just blah. I'm not sure if it's a matter of training or a lack of caring. I chose 2 stars because some pizzas I've had deserve 5 and others deserve ZERO..

For a place that gets 25$ for a 18" pie, you would expect the walk in lobby and small kitchen/prep area to be clean aNd presentable. It was disgusting. The pizza is bomb. Guess I need to jUst order delivery so I dont have to see the kitchen it's made in.

YOU LOST A 25 year customer FOREVER. They've always had questions service of my 25 years of buying pizza, but the pizza is good is why I hung in there. But this evening they pushed the threshold and is why I will never buy from this company again. Went to their website to order, when I got there they said it was thru a 3rd party app and would have to wait another hour since these type orders are handled and processed differently. Ordered a Sub asked for mayo. Seriously? Did they forget and at the last minute throw two tablespoons on the top. I'll never get a sub here again.
