Would give zero stars if that was an option. So, we ordered online and 30 minutes later they attempted to call me to let me know my order was cancelled because we were outside their delivery area. I was exercising so did not receive their call. I found out when I clicked on our order confirmation e-mail to track our order that it had been cancelled. Generally I love this place..... but there are ZERO things positive to say about this location. I placed a pick up order was told it would be ready by 640 I get there then pizza is ready but no breadsticks. So when I finally ask for a manager at 7pm my breadsticks are miraculously ready and the "manager" just gives me attitude about why I am questioning why this took so long with zero apologies. Quite a crappy way to run a business and noting like having to microwave your now cold pizza so it is kinda warm. This is the last ... read more

Ordered on line and went into the store. Big mistake! The place is filthy, pizza slices on the floor, food all over the place. I was a scared to see what they prepared for me. After waiting for my pizza longer than I thought was necessary I went back to the counter to be told that they forgot to add the pepperoni to my "works" pizza. I wasn't in the mood to wait so accepted the flubbed pizza and the manager was kind enough to give me a $10 discount. Getting home and eating the pizza we discovered that the "works" mostl... read more

wtf is this place my son wanted cheese bread like what we used to order from this amazing greek restaurant down the street from us. unfortunately we don't live there anymore and haven't even found a close comparison. either way, we were at albertsons and the smell of pizza drifted over to us as we walked back to our golf cart after shopping #onlyinarizona we were weirdly greeted but its alright. this is a delivery place primarily I'm guessing because there is only two small benches inside for pick up orders. we just aske... read more

We usually have a great experience ordering from Rosati's, but our order last night was awful. We ordered an 18" with four toppings, along with an order of mozzarella sticks. The pizza appeared to be missing two of the ingredients and it definitely didn't taste like they were there, the pizza was smushed to one side of the box, and the entire order was cold....not luke warm, but actually cold. Overall, it was really disappointing and given how pricey they are, we were shocked at the poor quality.
