So gross for a pizza company! First off, the workers would come in sick and cough in all of food. The second, I can hear yelling and foul language when I'm with my children. The last, they under cook pizzas and serve them to me. Terrible experiences every time!

My daughter and I enter for our pickup delivery and a rude lady looks at the two of us and says good evening Ma'am and Sir... the gentleman next to her turned and looked at her and shook his head and walks to the back I just look at the lady and she said ma'am's. Complete rude and no customer service at all. You clearly just disrespected my daughter and myself and continues on like she did nothing at all. By the way Miss Rude's name is: Honor go figure.

I have been ordering from this location for many years with mostly good experiences. Tonight I placed an order online. When my order was delivered, my pizza was not the way I ordered it(pepperoni was on the wrong side). While that in itself is not a big deal, when I called Rosati's to let them know of the error, I was greeted with "one moment" and then was placed on hold for 10 minutes, at which time I got frustrated & hung up. ordered a couple pizzas on a friday night, i always pay cash but did not have enough on me at the time so i used a new credit card over the phone, by sunday the card number was used 7 more times, approx $300+ before i shut it off, went to the store on monday because im 100% sure the info was stolen at the store, explained to the long haired goofy manager that i was 100% sure it was stolen from his store, he said the phone girls works tonight and then he looked at me and said "what do you want me to do?" lol he was annoyed ... read more

5/9/19, 9:00 pm. At Power Road, Gilbert Store I'm so mad about the way my husband was treated when he went to pick up our pizza order. The pizza was sitting waiting to be picked up but no one paid any attention to him while sitting and waiting.when he asked if the two pizza's sitting there were His, the person said" oh yes."
