if you order delivery, only tip in cash. Not in advance. one of their delivery ladies refuses to walk up stairs. 3 times, it was a different excuse every time. Bad knees, sprained ankle, etc.

All I can say is it was DISGUSTING . I spent $40 for garbage. The sauce was runny with no toppings I paid for. I have never never tasted a Chicago pizza that tasted like this. I guess this is what you get on the west coast. The cinnamon sticks were just flavorless dough with absolutely no flavor not even cinnamon . All I can say is PLEASE STOP GIVING CHICAGO PIZZA a bad name . Pizza. Hut or Dominoes would have been soooo much better. How does this happen . I just had pizza in Chicago over the Holidays and this is not it!

Ordered the Chicago style pizza take out. Wasn't impressed with their pizza at all. Definitely wasn't worth the outrageous price of $35 for a pizza.

I am so very disappointed once again. I have lived in the Warner and McClintock area for many years and have ordered hundreds of times from this location. Service/food was awful before they closed a couple of years ago and I was happy when they reopened and seemed to be back to normal. I just had a birthday and was sent a coupon for a 12-inch pizza. Ordered Grilled Chicken Wings with Buffalo Sauce on the side to go, when I got home they were fried over done and probably the worst Chicken Wings I've ever tasted in my life! $17 bucks waisted! Needless to say they went straight to the garbage and ruined my NFL Sunday!

The food is not bad. We've been to another location and it's way better than this location. We ordered dough nuggets because at the other location they are a savory dough bite and we really enjoyed them. This location they are sweet and the savory ones are "bread sticks". When we called and asked about it since it wasn't what we expected the woman on the phone was rather rude about it. We have no idea what's going on with Rosati's Pizza, but we have had nothing but horrible experiences there since they re- opened. We have given them not one, not two, but three different opportunities to give them our business and each experience was worse than the last. The service is horrible and the pizza even worse (when we finally got it; it was burnt to a crisp). Had a to-go order. Should have been ready, they told me it was going to be 30 minutes. While I waited another customer came in which ordered to go. They told her it was going to be 30 minutes when she responded she wanted to cancel. She left the store. The male employee that wears short shorts started laughing telling a fellow co worker to continue to make the food so he could eat it all. OMG. They're trying to steal food.
