I decided to try this place today. I entered and placed my order. After the lady took my order, charged my card, without no care she just said that it will take 45-55 minutes, like I had all day to wait in their lobby for a pizza and wings. I was so annoyed that she had no consideration and let me know before charging me that it will take that long. I requested a refund and again without no care she process the refund. I have been a long time customer. Previous franchisee always 4 and 5 star. Wish I could say the same about new franchisee... First the good the pizza is still awesome never misses The staff is nice but needs direction .... I have done curbside twice and park right in front of the counter. Description of the vehicle is part of the order I have seen the employees look and put order out and not take the order to me ..... but each time I ended up going in... The pizza was raw on the bottom. It almost looked like there was no crust because it was so weighed down by cheese. It was so soggy that the cardboard beneath it fell apart and got into the pizza. The meatballs didn't come with sauce. They were dry and flavorless. Beyond disappointed, and definitely not worth $70!

I will never go there again. Ordered a small pizza by phone for pickup. They were out if jalapeno peppers. My husband picked it up. Order was. $17.20 they did not have enough money to give him change. He left them the $20. He felt scammed. He probably would have left that tip anyway, but you shouldn't feel scammed into leaving it. Very poor management.

This place is very unprofessional. I had to cancel my order 3 times in a row. Pizza is usually good but not worth the inconvenience.

I ordered a special of two thin crust, 12 inch, 1 topping pizzas and jalapeño poppers. The website kept giving me issues to order online; it didn't take my debit card for the first three attempts. Immediately after placing my order the store called and said they can't deliver right now because they have no drivers. What is the point of having a pizza joint with a delivery option when you can't deliver? I don't have a car so I have no other option. Please consider your customers.

The restaurant got my order online and sent me a confirmation email telling me my order is being made, after few hours I got a phone call from a rude lady with a bad attitude telling me that they can't deliver my order and if I want to pick the order I need to wait another two hours.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I placed my order at about 5:40 pm and the order tracker said the estimated delivery was between 6:40-6:50 pm. 7 o clock rolls around and still no pizza. So we call the store and they say the pizza will be out on the next run (to me this implies the pizza was already done). 7:50 rolls around, still no food. We call the restaurant and they say the pizza left 5 minutes ago. So you're telling me my pizza has been sitting there for at least an hour, if not more? I expect the pizza to be fresher... read more

Let me start that I only wrote 2 reviews in my life .1 for another place and rosati's before I love rosati's but the other day it was so bad.had my granddaughter over she order chicken strips my daughter had spaghetti and meatballs.the spaghetti was warm ate a few bites got to meatball ice cold like it came straight out of fridge all of them were like that .that's nothing compared to my granddaughters chicken.she said it taste funny .I took the chicken looked at it completely raw.1 the breading was gooey.i thought these wer... read more
