Something wasn't right last night. I don't know if the pizza dough recipe has changed or if it just stayed in the oven too long, but the thin crust was too crisp on the edges (just shy of being burnt), and even had a different texture. This is the single worst pizza we've ever gotten from this location. Though this has been one of our favorite places, now we're a little gun shy about going back.

I called this location this evening to place an order. I placed my order and was placed on hold before payment. I proceeded to hold twenty minutes. I then hung up and called back. When I called back Sean the manager got on the line. When I told him I was on hold twenty minutes, he immediately Told me he did not believe me. I let him know I had a screenshot of the timer. He got irritated and offered me a free dessert. I then had him ask the associate who left me on hold, how long I had been on hold. She told him 20 minutes. H... read more

Worst pizza experience I have had! I Ordered $50 worth of delivery which included a large double dough pepperoni pizza, a chief sandwich, two orders of fries, and two cokes. First of all my pizza was like frozen cold and hard as a rock with 7 pepperoni on it and barely any sauce or cheese which is just the opposite of how you want to eat pizza..next my sandwich which I double checked several times with the girl on the phone was the wrong sandwich and again cold...then no fries were delivered at all!!!! The worst experience the worst pizza on this trip! I had to wait to place this review because I was so upset with my order!! I ordered their Chicago deep dish which took over 1 1/2hrs to get but then when I received it and took it home it was disgusting!! It was doughy in the center and not completely done! I ended up tossing it. The only reason I didn't call back there was because, I didn't want to speak with that crew on that shift since they all seemed pissed to be at work! I'm sorry but this pizza just screams OMG I could have had frozen and saved a ton. The cheese definitely not top quality and the sauce was bland. I asked for mushrooms and Canadian bacon but only got mushrooms. A total rip and the wings are limited in choice plus way overdone. Will not be trying this place again and I'll just stick with my favs.

We have ordered from here with hit and miss results for a few years now. Tonight was the worst by far and I hope that I remember this pizza. Unfortunately all of my other local choices are Dom/phut/barro mediocre crap. No consistency at this rosattis store. Good sometimes. Tonight crust was way tough and chewy and hardly any red sauce.Way dry. Evened burned on top. WTF. I'm done.

I m from chicago. 50 yrs. have eaten Rosati s for many of those yrs. Been here in Arizona since 2005. Frequented this pizza place since i ve been here. The last two times i ve been back. Pizza has been much to be desired. Always state and recommend the best thin crust in az. No more. Now its chewy have to pull at it get a bite. Prices higher quality lower. Now the beef sandwich. . Won't be ordering from here again. Been ordering from this location for years and in the Midwest. Tonight's order was placed on the phone and when we went to pick it up, it was wrong. We waited almost an hour. Only to have 2 of the pizzas sit under a heat lamp while they made one right. The pizzas cheese was thick and hard. The crust tasted awful. Customer service is an insult. Never again.

I am really disappointed... I planned on a $50+ order, but they are only 3.7 miles away, they refused to deliver to me. I was really looking forward to a CHicago deep dish pizza, but apparently they only want to deliver within a one mile area. I hope you fail with your BS delivery area.
