We have gone here for years and never experienced what just occurred. We will NEVER return. Our pizza was over an hour late and was for our daughter's bday lunch. We were yelled at by staff each time at our five attempts to pick up... meaning five times it was not ready when they said it would be. When we finally were able to pick up he told us to f$&@ off in front of our five year old and sent us home with raw bacon on our salad. It goes without saying but he refused to give us a manager contact. Wow

Sorry to say, just a new dress on the old ,Rosatis. Picked up Sat am, the front lobby was filthy on the floor, corners, and counter. The back cooking area no different. Floor, prep area all showed that no one cleaned since Friday morning if not earlier. The prep guy wore a mask to the underneath of his nose as he chopped and put the toppings on someone else pizza. Yuck X 10.

Ordered delivery and the confirmation said 45minutes. I get it if you are busy, and I know you just recently reopened...but 2 hours and 15 minutes to receive my pizza??? By that point it was Luke warm and the thin crust was soggy.

I deeply deeply regret not looking at review ratings first. I'm regularly out here in Pheonix for business from California. Kept seeing this chain and decided to take a chance... forgetting about google and yelp review ratings... Huge mistake. Frankly, I'm shocked it has even an average of 3 stars! Tasteless dough, cardboard-like, slopped on toppings, any seasoning at all? Pinch of salt? No idea. Got thru 2 slices thinking the first slice was just bad luck, nope... Also got cinnamon bread sticks... And a liter of Dr Pepper.... read more

Ordered online and delivery forgot half our order. He said they were busy and would refund what was missing but it never got the credit back. I emailed and they never responded. It's a shame bc we like the pizza and we are close by. Probably not ordering here again.

The manager that is working right now 2/3/21 was the rudest person ever. My online order was not right and when I called her response was "that's a you thing" told me she would Take my name and number for the other manager to call me and never got my info just hung up the phone. Worst customer service ever. I will never order from this place again.

We used to order from them all the time, we love thin crust!! Tons of cheese and toppings and now it's just doughy, they quit putting that mesh paper in between the box and the pizza, it's horrible. We told the business several times‍ We're searching again for the perfect thin crust pizza

Used to order all the time, thin crust was very good, chicken parm, spaghetti meat balls.. all good. What happened?! Ordered chicken parm 2 weeks ago and I got...burnt chicken they tried to cover with cheese fettuccine instead of spaghetti, they don't give you a salad anymore and their garlic bread is 1".5 toasted bread? Got email for $10 credit from manager..no longer a customer!! Horrible.

Ordered via a delivery service. Order was a pizza, a calzone, and some wings. They canceled the pizza and the calzone on their side without telling us. When the order arrived to feed my family, we had 10 wings to split among us all. Obviously I needed to reorder from another more reputable place which delayed dinner another hour. Will not be going here again.
