Does the person who owns this Rosati's franchise even care about customer service?. Every time I order from here which is very frequently there's an issue. Today I got there early which is normal & I tried to watch for my 18 inch pizza coming out of the oven so they didn't screw it up again and somehow it got put in the Storage area waiting for the customer to pick it up. HI Rod - Lee from Rosatis. Thank you for taking my call today. I am sorry this happened. I left the store that day at 3 and I guess I should of stayed later. We have a process usually that when a customer comes in and his or her pizza is not ready, we "flip the ticket" on the cut line. Clearly that was not done and that is a training issue on me. Rude customer service, basically non existent. 20 minutes for a slice with no communication. Multiple customers upset. One came in and left without ordering because the two kids running the place aren't paying attention. Where's the manager?
We have been a loyal Rosati's family for 20+ years and were seriously disappointed with our most recent order. We always get the spinach, tomato, cheese bread and let's just say that's not what we received... 3 pieces of spinach, maybe 3/4 of a single tomato and no cheese. After spending $70 on 2 pizzas and this bread for a pickup order (and tipping 20%) I expect a better. The pizza is decent, but this is just an absolute joke.

Well you lost another order to Lou Malnati's because you can't deliver to my location in Tempe. I am 5 miles from your location and have picked up but today that was not an option.
Imagine making a delivery order and the person on the other end of the phone was trying to sell you food jacking up the price to the tune of close to $70 bucks and being over sold to pay a tip to for the driver in advance! Then the driver lies saying he knocked on our door and we didn't answer and he tosses our food on the ground in front of the door! If I could leave zero stars, I would. Calling in the order was a headache in a half. We LOVE Rosati's, but please do yourself a favor and visit any other location. We called our order in over the phone for pickup, and explained several times how we would like one of the salads with no meat. The girl explained how the salad doesn't come with meat, but we could add it for $3. Picked up our supposedly Chicago deep dish and found it was more of a pan pizza with heavy puffy crust. Called store and manager/pizza cook as he described himself. My daughter was the person calling him on this, what we thought was a mistake as I have been using Rosati's for almost thirty seven years as it is only half a mile from our home and know their pizza well and have ordered it every Friday for all these years. Ordered a stuffed pizza for pick up. Got home and it was a double dough pizza. Called them talked to the manager whom was very rude and explained we received the wrong style of pizza. We have ordered from Rosatis many times and know the difference between stuffed pizza and double dough pizza. He argued with me and then just resorted saying well that's the way we make stuffed pizza. Also stated he put the pizza in the box himself and gave it to my husband. First day moving to Chandler and I've heard good things about Rosati's. I ordered delivery and it was an 80-90 minute wait. I got a 12" and 6 wings and it was $50 with tip. When it finally arrived, they forgot the wings and asked if they could just refund them. The pizza was terrible. As you pull it out of the box all of the toppings fall off. The dough was the hardest crust I've every tasted. I guess they don't have the hydration percentage correct or the oven temp/time accurate but I could chip a tooth on the crust/bone. I... read more
