WOW what a difference new owners make. Went to High School with Anna Rosati back in a suburb of Chicago in the mid 70's. Moved to Tempe in the early 80's. Rosati's of Tempe at Warner & McClintock opened a few years after that to our surprise and excitement. The Owner was Scott, who had worked for Rosati's back in Brookfield Illinois and they allowed him to open here in Tempe! Once our absolute favorite go to place for Chicago pizza, tonight's expereince was something far below what we expect. We literallty live right across the street from this location, a 5 minute walk if you are so inclined, so delivery has always been very hot and tasty. Tonight our Chicago pizza, that should have needed 5 to 10 minutes on the counter to cool arrived at our door stone cold. Cold pizza, from less than half a mile away for $40! I'm sorry, but WHAT? I love Rosati's, I'm from Chicago, but they never get it right in AZ. The thin pizzas are always under cooked and very soft. You have to say Well Done and hope they don't burn it. I typically have to put the pizza back in the oven after ordering.
Absolutely crazy place. Please do society a favor and shut this garbage place down. Put an online order in at 4:50 got there at like 5:20, dude at the front said it's comin out the oven right now. 5:45 still no pizza dude said pizza broke in half had to make a new one. 6:30 got a pizza tookit out to my truck something told me with how that place was being ran to check it, glad I did because it was the worst looking pizza I've ever seen in my life. Does the person who owns this Rosati's franchise even care about customer service?. Every time I order from here which is very frequently there's an issue. Today I got there early which is normal & I tried to watch for my 18 inch pizza coming out of the oven so they didn't screw it up again and somehow it got put in the Storage area waiting for the customer to pick it up. HI Rod - Lee from Rosatis. Thank you for taking my call today. I am sorry this happened. I left the store that day at 3 and I guess I should of stayed later. We have a process usually that when a customer comes in and his or her pizza is not ready, we "flip the ticket" on the cut line. Clearly that was not done and that is a training issue on me. Rude customer service, basically non existent. 20 minutes for a slice with no communication. Multiple customers upset. One came in and left without ordering because the two kids running the place aren't paying attention. Where's the manager?
We have been a loyal Rosati's family for 20+ years and were seriously disappointed with our most recent order. We always get the spinach, tomato, cheese bread and let's just say that's not what we received... 3 pieces of spinach, maybe 3/4 of a single tomato and no cheese. After spending $70 on 2 pizzas and this bread for a pickup order (and tipping 20%) I expect a better. The pizza is decent, but this is just an absolute joke.

Well you lost another order to Lou Malnati's because you can't deliver to my location in Tempe. I am 5 miles from your location and have picked up but today that was not an option.
Imagine making a delivery order and the person on the other end of the phone was trying to sell you food jacking up the price to the tune of close to $70 bucks and being over sold to pay a tip to for the driver in advance! Then the driver lies saying he knocked on our door and we didn't answer and he tosses our food on the ground in front of the door!
