My Mum is extremely well looked after at Rose Lodge. Nogi is always extremely friendly and approachable, any concerns are dealt with immediately. All the staff you meet whilst visiting are lovely and all make a fuss of Mum and I. I am happy to call Rose Lodge my second home.

Staff are friendly and helpful , the food the residents receive looks lovely and mostly my husband has no complaints . Long May it continue .Tge staff have worked hard to get him to join in sone of the activities

My husband is in Respite Care at Rose Lodge. I found taking this step very difficult with realising I was struggling to care for him at home and needed a break. The Manager and staff have been so supportive to me as well as caring for my husband. All the staff are so friendly and cheerful and Rose Lodge has a lovely welcoming atmosphere. Any concerns I had were very soon dispelled and I can now relax knowing he is safe and very well cared for in every respect.

We found Rose Lodge a very kind and caring home for our mum who had dementia. It was lovely to have regular virtual calls with senior carers and the EM to help me to keep up with mum's progress as I lived in Canada.

My mother became a resident at Rose Lodge in February. The welcome we received was exemplary. Everyone from the manager to the chef and carers were so warm and friendly, It could not have been better. Since then my mother has received very good care. The activity staff really encourage her to participate in outings and events in the home which has improved her quality of life dramatically. I always have a wonderful experience at this care home. The staff are exceptionally nice and friendly, creating a warm atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The home is impeccably clean, reflecting a commitment to maintain a comfortable environment. The presence of a multidisciplinary team ensures comprehensive care and support, making of an ideal place for anyone in need of care & support.

A 100% 'can do' attitude from every member of staff. A real gem where, despite what must be incredibly busy behind the scenes, time, care, and kindness are given willingly to everyone - residents and visitors alike.

Mum received quality and professional care from the team at Rose Lodge. She was treated with care and compassion. Mum felt part of the Rose Lodge family and saw the care home as her home. The team also looked after us as a family. I will always be appreciative that Mum was happy and found peace because of her experience.

I've always said I wouldn't send Dad to a care home, but when we couldn't cope anymore we had to. As soon as we walked into Rose Lodge, I felt so at ease. It's a lovely place and staff were great. There was a good variety of food and if you didn't want what was on the menu, they would always offer something else. I can't fault them at all. Dad was happy there.
