Everyone was so polite and welcoming. When you drive into the service department you are greeted by everyone. You are given an expected time of completion. The waiting room is spacious with television, coffee or water. Job completion was done ahead of time. Enjoyed my experience with Rosen Hyundai

Great Day at Hyundai Went for the recall on my brakes. Service department had a great welcome as well as completed the service ahead of time. The waiting area was spacious and welcoming.

Service Maintenance Agreement is just ok, The “complimentary oil changes” aren’t complimentary. You end up paying for them at the time of service. I was told that my mileage was over the threshold. Second time this has happened. Problem is, when I schedule the oil change appointment, they’re at least a few weeks to a month out. First time was over a 3 week wait.
