Our Daughters Kona Service Our daughter goes to school in Rhode Island. While she was home for the holidays, we brought her 2020 Kona to Rosen for an oil change and inspection. We found out that the dealer she used in Rhode Island falsified the mileage in the Hyundai system so they could claim the free oil changes. Rosen service alerted us to this issue and said we definitely need to contact the other dealer to get it rectified as it could affect the warranty on the car. Service I needed an oil change and asked about a noise in my steering column. Geoff knew exactly what that was and said he has all the parts to take care of it. I was there a little longer than I would have been for just the oil change but Geoff made sure that it was done in a timely manner. He was great! Hope he is there the next time I come in!
