I had a very good experience with Round Rock Nissan on 8/29. My Infiniti G35 had a major coolant leak and was loosing water by the quarts. In a panic I looked for a local Nissan dealer that would considering fixing the problem. I called the service department and talked to Lynn Thurmond, and she said they would attack the problem in a way to help keep the cost down. I love Round Rock Nissan. I live in Killeen and am willing to drive to RR for my Nissan service. They're friendly, efficient, and provide excellent service. I've been to Town North in Austin and Nissan in Killeen. RR is by far the best. I will continue to go there for my Nissan service. Btw Jared and Lynn are awesome!

Even tho it was beyond busy everyone provided service with a smile. Even the shuttle bus driver had a smile. I think complementary ice cream was an awesome idea it will always make thinga better. Sometimes cars need a little $$$ work.

We have been using RR Nissan since the day we brought home our 2016 Maxima. They recognize us by name & by my personal plates. They have always been very prompt and professional. They even offered to give her a wash while she was in for the oil change this morning! Thanks guys - she looks just as sexy as ever! ���
