I would like to thank Kevin Griffin @ round rock Nissan. I had service completed about 3-4 weeks ago went out of town returned back and noticed something was not right. I called spoke with Kevin had an appointment for the next day. No questions asked service dept diagnosed and fixed the issue same day. I have only utilized Nissan for service upon purchasing my vehicle out of state. I am new to the area and state, glad to know I can continue receiving quality service here at round rock Nissan. Fast check in. Professional. Friendly and knowledgeable. Received accurate information about my car and prices along with the importance of how it will affect my car in the long run if not attend too. Really like going to this dealership because I have never had any issues and they are very nice and will explain the problem when you don't understand and they have the pics of your car to show you as well.
