Nao was my service advisor. He was professional and attentive. He answered his phone when I called with a question and he was timely in the services my car needed. When I arrived to pay he was with helping another customer and instead of having me wait he asked his peer to take care of me. The mechanic also did a great job. The experience was like the old days at Nissan. Well done.

Eric went the extra mile in this latest service visit to handle some recalls. He even installed my wiper blades for me that I had sitting in the front seat! They got to my car two days sooner than I thought as well. I never hesitate to call whenever I need anything!
