As a female, I hate taking my car in to have any work done because I typically feel I’m lied to about items needing service that really don’t. That was NOT the case today when I took my car into the service department for an oil change and tire rotation. Nick B. provided amazing service as well as education. He recommended a new cabin filter but told me to first research it and decide when and where I wanted to replace it. He was the opposite of pushy and made sure I understood everything. Had a great experience again- car buying should not be stressful but it does take some time. Round rock employees are very friendly and take the time to make you comfortable.
