Had an issue with my A/C on 17 Titan. Needed to have Mfg send part needed. My info was taken by Adam Elwood. 1 week later I was called and emailed. Took it in expecting an hour or two! 10 min later he said you are ready! Very pleased with Adam and Nissan In Round Rock! Thanks Adam for a great experience! I will be back.

I changed oil today so there is a service advisor who is Sean Johnson in Nissan Round Rock. He was very busy but he explained to me in details about how much, how long do I wait and what he do. and I needed to put on new plate for another car not Nissan so I just asked him to borrow his tools. he was really really kind of me that he helped me attaching my plate even if he is very busy at that time. I will visit him again next time. Finally I got a receipt to reasonable price.
