The sales rep (Kim) was great. The Finance Dept gave me documents to sign that were $1,500 higher than the contract Kim and I approved. Had I not noticed it, I would’ve been overcharged. I also waited in the lobby for 45 minutes to see the Finance rep. This was the 1st time in 40 years I experienced an inaccurate financing agreement from a car dealer. Of course, I usually go to CarMax.
Kevin G in the service department is extremely helpful and does not try to sell you unnecessary products. I will continue bringing my Nissan to him. Highly recommend.

Round Rock Nissan is an excellent team. This was my first time buying-out a lease. I had leased the car in Houston from another dealer and didn't know what to expect. From the time I arrived at the Service department, Noe, Luis, and Wayne greeted me and put my mind at ease about the inspection. Fast and easy service. I like that I can schedule service thru my Nissan app. I also like that while the vehicle is being worked on I can opt in for services that may need to be done while the car is being worked on. Sean my service rep was nice and very helpful.

They got me in and out in one day after my daughter hit something in the road. They initially thought she needed an alignment but found out it didn't, and didn't and saved me since money!! These guys are amazing

Eric, in the service department, is phenomenal! I’ve worked with him on a few cars I’ve had now and he never ceases to amazing me! He has the best customer service, he helps you understand what’s going on with your vehicle in Laymans terms, and doesn’t try and pressure you into buying something you don’t need or can’t afford. 10 out of 10 recommend solely based off my experience with him!
