Wish I could echo the same great experience, was my first here so hoping future will be better. Dropped car off for appointment, hassle to get loaner car like promised at time of purchase by salesman (not sure how well picture shows the car they gave me...new yes, bird poop all over and floors so dirty but wasn't worth arguing over. 5 minute run through the car wash would have fine wonders). All that did was lubricated and tightened piston in the seat rather than fix?! Invoice says hour of work, took until the next day only ... read more
