I always enjoy going to Nissan in Round Rock, very friendly and helpful staff. They continue to apologize for any inconveniences, which I think is very thoughtful given the nature of the service business.
Nick is a great service writer. He was very attentive to time and kept me informed where we were at while my car was being serviced. He also took time to explain to go through how and why the technician advised maintenance and future maintenance on my vehicle.

Just wanted to shoot out to my sales team who helped me finally get into the truck that I wanted all along. Zuly Olivares and Mario Valencia were awesome at helping out. Mario stayed up on a Saturday night till 11:30pm negotiating and was patient and very mature about his job. You both rock!

My experience with the RR Nissan sevice department was excellent. Go and ask for Lynn! She did a great job keeping me up to date on the status of my repairs. They fixed the AC in my car that was out for the summer. Best news is that it was covered under a Nissan warranty I didn't know I had so it didn't cost an arm and a leg.

First time to RR Nissan service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had an appointment at 7:30, they ran tests and changed my oil. Was happy with the service.

Great experience with MJ at RR Nissan!!! Highly recommend visiting them. They brought out the Pathfinder of my choice for my wife to test drive. I then had a brief conversation around pricing over the phone. After that, I drove the Pathfinder back to RR Nissan and within 30-45mins of arriving was driving back home in my wife’s new vehicle. I tried getting Town North Nissan to do the same and they were too busy and did not want to help. That poor decision opened my eyes to Round Rock Nissan and their great customer service.
