The service department was awfully busy. The car jockey gave me a friendly welcome and said to leave the keys in the car. I stepped inside to see if any of the five or more guys in the service desk area could assist me. Three or more were outside talking with customers at their vehicles. One fellow said it was first come first served, that advisors do check-in at the vehicle, and that I should go outside and wait by my vehicle. I went back outside as instructed.
