Had some service done today. Service advisor David Zemek did a great job. Service was prompt and professional.
Great experience this morning while getting my oil changed and brake work done! Jim was personable, informative and did not try to over-sale unnecessary maintenance work I didn’t need. He also continued to follow up about the status of my vehicle, as I waited in the lobby. If I lived in the Austin area, this would undeniably be my dealership of choice.

Laura Lenamond helped me with my purchase of a 2017 Rogue. She was easy to talk to, patient, and showed me many vehicles until I found the one I liked. She and the friendly Finance guys didn’t let me leave disappointed and actually ordered my vehicle of choice since it had been sold twice! Well I had a great experience from the value of my trade to the discount I got on the car ( New Nissan Altima ) to the financing and interest rate. It was fast easy and hassle free. I told my salesman what I wanted and he got pretty close to it. Of course I did not expect them to except my offer. It was pretty low, but they got close enough that I knew it was a good deal.
