I highly recommend Royal Air. George, the general manager, went out of his way to meet with us late on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. He thoroughly discussed our options. Once the decision was made, a crew arrived within an hour to install. Very professional and delivered exactly what they promised.

Highly recommend Royal Air. Everything from the initial scheduling to the diagnosis and resolution of the problem was professional and timely. Ed, specifically, was thorough and even came in on his day off to help resolve our AC issue. Great experience!

I was blown away by the professionalism and knowledge that our technician, Gabe provided. Being that this is our first home, we had very little knowledge when it came to the HVAC system in general. Gabe got to the house in a timely manner, and was extremely thorough. He made us feel comfortable with asking questions, and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. Julio Padilla, Senior Technician. Awesome Tech, went over and above into late hours to get us back up and running after another company ripped us off. I have sick husband and Julio made sure he/we did not have to endure the heat. I just love his compassionate spirit. "God knows who He can pick to do what He needs to get done". Thanks
