Installed whole house system. Wonderful customer service for year and half ! Be careful of promises made by sales department. Get it in writing

Arrived during predicted time. Technician very courteous and seemed knowledgeable. Refriderant detector was not working. Tech Was not ableto pinpoint leak of refrigerant. Topped off system said company would call and make follow up appointment. Appointment has not been made. Everytime they show up i have had to call back for follow up on their new under warranty system.(air handling unit).
