Felt like technician was trying to sell me a new AC unit, instead of trying to repair my current unit. He told me a should here back from one of their salespersons soon but never happened

Tech called an hour out to inform me he was on his way. Very professional and pleasant. Checked out both systems inside and out and was efficient and knowledgeable. His name was Antonio and represents your company well.
