I was blown away by the professionalism and knowledge that our technician, Gabe provided. Being that this is our first home, we had very little knowledge when it came to the HVAC system in general. Gabe got to the house in a timely manner, and was extremely thorough. He made us feel comfortable with asking questions, and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. GREAT experience start to finish. Josh and Mark correctly diagnosed problems with my heater and importantly, found a safety/health issue - a cracked heat exchanger in my 20-yr old furnace was leaking low levels of carbon monoxide that did not show up (yet) on my monitors - but I could see the cracks and the poor flame. They explained everything and showed me the problems and it was clear it needed replacing.
