Julio Padilla, Senior Technician. Awesome Tech, went over and above into late hours to get us back up and running after another company ripped us off. I have sick husband and Julio made sure he/we did not have to endure the heat. I just love his compassionate spirit. "God knows who He can pick to do what He needs to get done". Thanks

GREAT experience start to finish. Josh and Mark correctly diagnosed problems with my heater and importantly, found a safety/health issue - a cracked heat exchanger in my 20-yr old furnace was leaking low levels of carbon monoxide that did not show up (yet) on my monitors - but I could see the cracks and the poor flame. They explained everything and showed me the problems and it was clear it needed replacing.
