My American Home Warranty put me in contact with Royal Air for an issue I had with my A/C unit. Our power had went off a couple of days ago and when it came back on our thermostat was displaying error code 105, the A/C was cooling fine, . On Tuesday I put my request for service on-line through American Home Warranty. Within the hour I got a call from Royal Air to schedule my service call. Ed (Calvin) was an incredible technician. He was very efficient, honest, and even took photos to show me exactly what was wrong with components of my system in the attic. Ed was thorough and patient. This was the FRIENDLIEST HVAC technician I have ever had in my home. I have a plethora of art and antiquities, and Ed was mindful of my belongings as well. Thank you Ed for all of your assistance and recommendations! Royal Air needs more technicians like Ed.

I highly recommend Royal Air. George, the general manager, went out of his way to meet with us late on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. He thoroughly discussed our options. Once the decision was made, a crew arrived within an hour to install. Very professional and delivered exactly what they promised.

Highly recommend Royal Air. Everything from the initial scheduling to the diagnosis and resolution of the problem was professional and timely. Ed, specifically, was thorough and even came in on his day off to help resolve our AC issue. Great experience!
