My experience is that RTO is a top notch lender and leader for financing these storage sheds and garages, especially in comparison to two others I'd looked at on-line. They gave me unfettered access to my garage from the application process to final payment structure. That is what I wanted and that it what they delivered!
The customer service rep I just spoke with was nasty and rude.
I have been paying on my shed for well over a year or more now. I am currently two payments behind and Stan, the account manager is not willing to work with me. I tried to pay today but with our financial situation it would not go through as has in the past. All I got was insults about the choice of my banking institution and insinuations that I was passing a "Bogus" Bank card from Stan. I bought my shed in December 2017 the 15th to be exact I paid $1,000 down on a $4,300 shed I set up Auto draft on the 15th of December 2017 they are late taking the payment so that interns makes me late and I get phone calls from collections for the payment I do not think that is fair to the customer that accounting can't do their job I won't go back to them ever two times out of three payments I was late on account of accounting.
