I bought my shed in December 2017 the 15th to be exact I paid $1,000 down on a $4,300 shed I set up Auto draft on the 15th of December 2017 they are late taking the payment so that interns makes me late and I get phone calls from collections for the payment I do not think that is fair to the customer that accounting can't do their job I won't go back to them ever two times out of three payments I was late on account of accounting. I got the same call today sounds like a class action law suite to me this is not cool,now I owe them another $1600 after I paid them the pay off amount they told me 10 months ago bad company I do not know how they live with themselves they never paid it off the put it in an escrow account instead ,they are crooks
Never ever will I buy from them again!! My husband got the payoff amount from Missy. He paid it off but got an email from Missy saying he overpaid and will receive a refund. Well we never got the refund so he called this time speaking to Jennifer(Jenny) and she said that his refund was only $20. Very poor service. Never sending statement, even you ask for it over the phone. Why? Because they are shady!!! Never again will buy from them. I suggest everyone else do the same!
