Bought a small unit for children’s playhouse. Great at answering questions or any concerns. Checked back in to make sure everything worked out and received.

I got the same call today sounds like a class action law suite to me this is not cool,now I owe them another $1600 after I paid them the pay off amount they told me 10 months ago bad company I do not know how they live with themselves they never paid it off the put it in an escrow account instead ,they are crooks
Never ever will I buy from them again!! My husband got the payoff amount from Missy. He paid it off but got an email from Missy saying he overpaid and will receive a refund. Well we never got the refund so he called this time speaking to Jennifer(Jenny) and she said that his refund was only $20. He has every documentation plus all emails and they still hadn't refunded him the amount he supposed to get back. I wanted to get something else from Cool Sheds but we have changed our minds. Very poor service. Never sending statement, even you ask for it over the phone. Why? Because they are shady!!! Never again will buy from them. I suggest everyone else do the same!
When I got my storage building I was told from the dealer that the price was $2360.00 so I paid $200 down and 12 payments of $97.60 and my payment book ran out I called to get the rest of my payment book and was told that I had to pay 48 more payments which would have put the total at $6026.00. When I purchased the building I wasn't told that if you done rent to own it more than tripled the total price. I read my contract over and over and it was not on there either.
We have always had a great experience with Melissa,Javier and I think Casey very sweet people we really appreciate the effort they put towards making their customers know they care about them please make sure all 3 see this we deal with Casey now �
