RecommendedA total rip off. My shed is more then paid off from what it costed. Now they want to send me to collections because I fell on some hard times.Ive always paid but was late. Do not use RTO. You will over pay and constantly be harassed if you get behind.Asked for an early payoff price and it was the same price.
A complete rip off.. Husband bought a shed and has paid over 20 months. After his death called to get a pay off and was more than the original purchase price. It was like no payments he made over the 20 months counted.

Everyone they hire is rude AF. They call at 6:30 in the morning knowing that is against policy and then get mad when they are called out on their faults. I have not been able to log into my account for 2 months yet they can’t explain why. They give me all kinds of things I need to do like call in and when I call in it states my account does not exist… MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!!

As some one who is disabled and lives on a fixed income I thought when I financed my building it was going to be great. Today is Sept 15th. Yes, I have not been able to pay Aug 16th payment until a few days ago. This place is a scam, they will steal all your information ask for a deposit. Then say you are not approved and keep your deposit.

we have called about issues with the shed but if it is the payment they are fast to call to collect . we have been asking for months to have some one come look at the shed cause the lock want work and the door goes back and hits the screen on the window tearing it which is bad design . I would not recommend this company my case manager acts like I have never contacted her over considers but have several occasions.
